CNY celebration -02/02/2008

its really festive at mindsville today! alot of RED colour...

first of all, our programme kick start with lion dance...

the residents were really friendly to the 2 lions. there were alot of them who went forward to touch and pat the lions! Most of the residents were so entertained by the lions... such as being scared-ed by the lions and taking away their oranges. hahah i think next time we can do this for the music station (drums is also music instrument mah...)

and since we got santa claus for christmas, we also have cai shen ye (god of fortune) for new yr! (chinese ppl more pragmatic)

after the games we headed upstairs for a mass dance and skit~

while we are enjoying the skit and partying upstairs... the CNY committee are working very hard behind the scene to get the yu sheng ready...

'lao yu sheng' - 1,2,3....HUAT AHHH!!!!!

hahha... the volunteers depleted this!

many thanks to the CNY comittee who worked very hard to make this celebration a memorable one to residents and volunteers alike!
