Just Communication

Communication is just like a game of catch.You feel lonely when nobody is there to play with you

If you throw the ball too hard, the recipient might be overwhelmed by it, and tries to avoid you

Sometimes you hold back, because you don't know whether the other party wants to play with you

Sometimes when you pass the ball, the other party doesn't pass it back to you, or they just pass it to others instead

We sometimes might have trouble communicating with the trainees, or even to anybody close to us, but then if we have the patience to deliver our messages, they will eventually be sent acrossed to the recipients.

We don't have to stop trying, nor do we have to be over-persistant. Just communicate slowly.

It'll just be like tending your garden - the more care you invest on it, over time your garden will grow prettily in reward to your patience and dedications.
