This is what I feel about handicapped people in our lives...
In the Marvel Universe continuity, all mutants of X-Men, X-Force, Excalibur, X-Factor and Generation X, are born different from homo sapiens.
They reflect alot with the real-life handicapped individuals in our own world. Some of these handicapped individuals are hated and feared by normal people, just because they are born different.
I know it's typical of us humans to be afraid of things that we don't know or understand... Just like the mass majority would shun AIDS patients just because we have limited knowledge about the condition.
Same goes for handicapped people, be it physically or mentally handicapped. Those who don't understand their natures might give irresponsible remarks like 'they are infectious'.
These remarks are worse than being stabbed with a knife... Imagine one day suddenly one part of you goes missing, and your peers start to shun you. How would you feel? Social stigma is a very scary thing...
All they yearn for are to have friends who love them. So stop those stares. If you have the opportunity, get to know them better. Nobody deserves to be deprived of companionship. Not even YOU.
It's because of how they are brought up, they are happy with any simple things they receive. While we, the normal people, are always not satisfied.

Well, Chairman DID say that we can share our views XD
So, yeah... This is my personal interpretations =X
