okie... hahah..i think some ppl are getting v excited over this o.O
for those who missed the TH camp... here's a bit of update... yup.. + some nice pics taken by the GLs who not only took care of us but also took damn alot of photos throughout like the battery is free like that...
DAY 1:
we started off taking public transport to sembawang to shop for groceries... according to the organizers, its suppose to teach the residents how to be independent and use the ez link card...
yup.. the residents are really excited to take public transport (instead of the normal chartered bus) cuz they keep asking go where, wat is this... how to go...stuffs like that..
ann teaching the residents how to choose fruits (.. looks really pro in this pic but dunno real or not)
i think the grocery shopping part coordinated by pauline is really an innovative part of the TH camp... must get the correct item lor.. and cnt over budget oso. some of the stuffs are really hard to find lah!
at sembawang CC~
night bbq~

wah... this method of setting up the bbq pit really attracted the attention (or apprenshension) of the volunteers!

task 1: count the no. of ships
DAY 2:
we woked up at 6.30am to prepare breakfast... or rather... the residents prepared breakfast for us.. we had sardine sandwhich and soya bean milk which is really surprisingly good!

I hope everyone of us have enjoyed the camp. Indeed I was damn shagged after the camp and slept for like 14-15 hrs, but it was worth it. I believe the most interesting part of the camp was the abseiling at RP. Its a good experience not only for the residents, but also for me.
The camp was very well done and organised, and the com has done a really good job.. but please have more ppl in the com for next year's camp. The workload is simply too heavy to so few ppl to tahan...
Other than that, it was one of the best activities to be remembered before flying off!
